A porcelain tea set, which design is following the traditional ways of serving a tea and combinig it with a hand protecting solution in a form of double wall cups.

The biggest problem in serving a tea is pouring it without leaking, hot cups, which could burn our hands and bottoms of pots and cups, creating circles on the tables. These problems are the main idea behind this project.

My solutions:

- The legs should protect the table´s sourface

- The double wall cups should protect the hands from the heat of the tea

- The shape of the spout is developed to pour liquid without leaking

 

The handle is inspired by traditional tea sets and the pot is meant to be used with one hand.
